Production Time and Order Processing (Important!)
All our pieces are handmade and created on demand. This allows us to guarantee exclusivity and maximum quality in every item.
Estimated Production Time: The time it takes us to create and finalize your piece is 5 to 6 weeks (business days), starting from the order date.
Variation Notice: This time may vary slightly depending on several factors, such as the complexity of the chosen prints, the volume of orders we have at the moment (especially during high seasons or holidays), and material availability.
Once your piece is completely finished and has passed our quality control, we will notify you by email and proceed with shipping.
Shipping Times and Delivery Options
The shipping time begins after your order has completed the 5 to 6-week production process.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout screen and depend on your location and the selected shipping option.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100.00.
International Shipping (Duties, Taxes, and Customs)
We ship International.
The customer is responsible for all duties, import taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon the package's arrival in their country. These charges are not included in the total order cost or the shipping cost and are collected by the local customs agency. We cannot control or predict what these charges will be.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Damages: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at csantana.moda@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will manage it according to our Returns Policy.
Losses: If your package is lost in transit, we will help you initiate a claim with the shipping company. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the provided address.
